Testimonials

Real Stories, Real Impact

It is my genuine pleasure to recommend NavigAidants to any families going through the difficult process of navigating care for their loved ones. I am the American next of kin of a 79 year old Canadian senior based in Montreal with a complicated social situation and no family in Canada. I have come into contact with many individuals and groups while trying to navigate the process of elderly care and I find that NavigAidants and Christine in particular stands out among them as a wonderful example of an empathetic, culturally sensitive, and effective social worker.

I immediately felt comfortable knowing that this McGill alumni had the appropriate experience and wealth of knowledge to ease our anxiety and provide guidance on issues of power of attorney, placement, finances, and other areas of elderly care. She also had a determination and a positive attitude towards improving the quality of life of my loved one. She helped us navigate a public placement process for my senior. Her advice and guidance has proven to be valuable in the months and years to come.

We couldn't have been grateful for her guidance and expert input especially while navigating this process from the US with little knowledge of Canadian system!
